Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Refunds for Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we require a complete unboxing video, starting from the moment you open the sealed package. This video must clearly show the defect or issue with the product.

Please share the unboxing video and your order details with us within 5 working days of delivery at jewelsprimora@gmail.com. After we verify the issue, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds, once approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Note: We will not process refunds without a proper and clear unboxing video. This helps us ensure authenticity and maintain our product standards.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All confirmed orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days of placement. Once shipped, the order is expected to be delivered within 5 working days from the date of order.
